Louise is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and has worked in Practice since 1994 qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with EY. She subsequently worked in both Auditing and Corporate Finance with BDO and Grant Thornton before joining HDS Partnership as a Director in 2004. She was appointed as a Partner in 2006.
She has worked with a diverse range of clients during her career, from small businesses to large corporates and has gained extensive experience in the areas of financial reporting, company law, tax regulation and audit processes. She is a Regulatory specialist and has a number of assurance clients regulated by the Central Bank and Law Society.
Louise also advises clients on various aspects of their business including on-going financial monitoring, debt restructuring, raising finance, business succession, disposals and acquisitions, due diligence assignments and litigation support.
