Dara has been Managing Partner of HDS Partnership since he participated in its foundation in January 2004.Dara is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

John is the Tax Partner of the Firm and is one of its co-founders. John is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Irish Tax Institute. Having spent the early part of his career developing his skills with PWC and EY he went on to spend a number of years as Director of Tax with Grant Thornton prior to establishing HDS.

Louise is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and has worked in Practice since 1994 qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with EY. She subsequently worked in both Auditing and Corporate Finance with BDO and Grant Thornton before joining HDS Partnership as a Director in 2004. She was appointed as a Partner in 2006.

Having started his career with Grant Thornton Gearoid was an integral part of the formation of HDS and initially held the role of Director. He was admitted as partner in 2006. Gearoid holds a Business Degree from UL and is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland.
